The entire burning system consists of burner, boiler control box, fuel pump set and monitoring sensors for pressure and temperature etc. It can automatically control the starts and stops of boiler and the burning sequence, and also it can control physical quantities such as water level, oil temperature, oil pressure and steam pressure, so as to realize boiler’s normal running and safety protection and alarming.

Our mechanical pressure type fully-automatic burners have Model C(for diesel oil) and Model Z(for heavy oil). The working principle is: fuel oil is increased pressure by an oil pump then ejected and atomized, which is then automatically ignited. The fan in the burner produces air flow and pressure which support the combustion. By adjustment of such parameters as oil ejection flow, oil pressure and air flow and using carious specifications of flame cover, diffusion plate and oil nozzle, it is possible to adjust combustion conditions to meet different thermal equipment requirements.
